• Administrative or third-party fees (e.g., airlines, hotels) may be deducted.
• No refunds for clients who obtain a visa but do not travel without a valid reason.

• We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, government decisions, technical failures).
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged luggage. Clients are encouraged to obtain personal travel insurance.
